Encore will host scheduled onsite interviews on December 12th (9:00 am and 12:00 pm). The Tempe Warehouse location is 840 W. Carver Rd, Suite 108, Tempe, AZ 85254. Self parking is provided.

Positions Available

• Event Technician – Basic to Intermediate experience in Audio, Video, Computers, Lighting, and Rigging. ~6 months of audio visual experience preferred. Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment. Experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries preferred.
• Event Technical Lead – Intermediate experience in all five disciplines. 2 years of audio visual experience required. Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Event Technical Supervisor – Advanced experience in all five disciplines. 4+ years of audiovisual experience required. Assists in training technicians, mentors new hires, and models a positive working environment centered on company values.
• Event Technical Specialist – Advanced experience in all five disciplines. 3+ years of audiovisual experience required. Performs advanced work with Project Managers and supervises and directs other technicians during an event.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 – $26.48. Compensation is based on qualifications, location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. Overtime, bonuses, or incentives may apply.
