The Global Security Services (GSS) Business Partner (BP) will support the implementation and execution of security requirements, programs and strategies in support of the Protected Communications Systems (PCS) product line of programs. The role is hybrid and requires approximately 25% travel.
What You Will Do
- Provide guidance and drive collaboration across multi-functions to ensure the sustainment of compliant security programs supporting a diverse portfolio of DoD customers including USAF, USN, US Army, USMC, and other prime contractors.
- Implement security strategy to proposal related processes, policies, systems, procedures, and in the production of compliant deliverables, leveraging the team and best practices.
- Successfully execute GSS strategy and tactics, positioning plans to further connect.
- Create agile solutions to meet security and customer requirements to sustain compliant programs.
- Write policy and procedures to enforce compliance with government and company requirements in conjunction with Raytheon and Raytheon Technology standards.
- Closely work with other GSS security core functions including industrial, physical, cyber, CI&I and special programs where needed.
- Effectively interact with employees, government agencies and external stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience.
- Past work experience in a leadership role.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
