Aara Productions is a woman-led creative production company based in Los Angeles, blending cinematic storytelling with sharp creative direction and seamless execution. We create visually compelling content for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and premium brands. Our work spans full‑scale campaigns, branded photography, event coverage, and UGC.

With roots in purpose and a focus on aesthetics, we help brands launch products, strengthen their visual identities, and show up powerfully across every channel.

This is a part‑time hybrid role based in the Los Angeles area with flexibility for mostly remote work. The Content & Influencer Coordinator supports day‑to‑day content creation for Aara Productions, helps manage influencer partnerships, and keeps campaign operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include creating IG and TikTok posts, sourcing and managing creators, organizing tracking sheets, assisting with production tasks, and joining bi‑weekly in‑person filming and cowork days. The role also involves maintaining organized project folders and supporting internal team communication to ensure campaigns flow seamlessly.

• Strong skills in Content Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Content Creation
• Proficiency in Writing, Editing, and Proofreading
• Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Marketing
• Ability to perform in-depth Market Research, Consumer Insights Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
• Familiarity with Graphic Design, Video Production, and Visual Storytelling tools and processes
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Capability to work in a collaborative and creative team environment
• Prior experience in social media management or influencer management a huge plus
• Studied in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
