We’re launching a new chapter for our iSpace e-commerce network and looking for a Content Team Lead to manage and develop the content function across 7 countries. This is a key regional role, combining leadership, digital operations, and cross-market collaboration. What You’ll Do Lead a distributed content team (5 people) across 7 markets. Own the quality and consistency of website content in all iSpace stores. Coordinate promo campaigns and product launches , ensuring strong digital presence. Analyze data to improve customer journey and engagement . Keep product descriptions and visuals accurate, relevant, and localized . Optimize content workflows and processes across countries. Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and development teams. ✅ What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in content management / marketing / project management within e-commerce. At least 1 year of team leadership experience. Strong communication and coordination skills. Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (SFCC / Magento / Shopify a plus). Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google or Adobe Analytics . Russian - C1, English — B2 or higher. Analytical mindset, initiative, and ownership.
