Digital Content Manager

The Digital Content Manager is accountable for developing clear and concise marketing and sales support content, in collaboration with Product Management and the Marketing Managers, according to marketing plans. This role communicates the voice of the customer and the voice of Product Management in developing positioning and messaging for solutions and services and provides copy and content that achieves marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish content across corporate websites using a CMS (Sitecore or Drupal).
  • Maintain site structure and audit documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
  • Steer and refine overall digital experience / presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review, refine, and publish content that supports marketing and product initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using SEO tools.
  • Develop content plans that balance SEO/AIO/GEO-driven strategy with brand-specific storytelling.
  • Optimize web and blog content for search engines through metadata, internal linking, and technical improvements.
  • Concept, write, edit, and publish written content including web pages, blogs, white papers, case studies, and social posts.
  • Coordinate with global SEM and content partners for multilingual content strategies and reporting.
  • Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing for corporate LinkedIn pages.
  • Create engaging posts across various formats and categories.
  • Align social media efforts with broader marketing themes.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on engagement and audience growth.
  • Support paid search campaigns in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate keyword selection, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
  • Track and report on campaign performance including impressions, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with regional advertising regulations and manage monthly reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with product marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and visual consistency.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and creative contributors.
  • Support product launches and special projects with targeted content across digital channels.
  • Manage global web requests.
  • Serve as a liaison to the digtial team of our parent company.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators across SEO, blog, social media, and PPC efforts.
  • Use tools such as Semrush, PowerBI, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics, and Pardot to inform strategy and demonstrate impact to c‑suite and other internal leaders.
  • Serve the business recurring metrics about marketing performance, pivot strategies, and comparisons to industry benchmarks.

Application Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism or relevant field.
  • Superb writing skills, with experience writing blogs, articles, white papers, press releases, case studies and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in developing content for a well‑educated, solutions‑oriented audience.
  • High‑energy, self‑starting individual who will thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare market and hospital operations.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to be an influencer, both internally and externally.
  • Hands‑on experience in social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and Content Management Software.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic environment with multiple projects under tight deadlines simultaneously.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Work experience as a clinician or allied health professional in a hospital setting.

Salary range for this position is $76,000 - $90,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
