We’re developing a new fashion-forward short-form series (60–90 seconds per episode), hosted by a high-style fashion influencer.
Role: Creative Producer
The ideal candidate is a full-stack creative producer with strong editing chops, an eye for visual storytelling, and a proven ability to make viral short-form content. A background in fashion media or experience producing content within this space is strongly preferred.

Mad Realities is the internet’s first interactive TV network. We’re building a new kind of entertainment studio: one where audiences participate in content creation and storytelling. Our shows live at the intersection of community, experimentation, and viral culture. This pilot expands our style vertical and pushes our mission to explore creator-led storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Develop a style pilot with a clear creative direction that aligns with the influencer’s strengths, comedic tone, and luxury-fashion niche.
- Production Leadership: Help run shoots (on-location in NYC), ensuring setups, pacing, and performance support the creative vision.
- Editing: Own the edit from rough cut to final cut, with a sharp, social-first editorial style designed for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Creative Ideation: Bring bold ideas to evolve the show’s aesthetic, humor, pacing, and storytelling.
- Social Optimization: Format and deliver each episode to maximize platform-specific performance and virality.
- Logistics & Coordination: Assist with scheduling, location sourcing, set organization, and on-set problem-solving.
- Proof of Concept: Produce a compelling pilot episode that can be taken to series.
Who You Are
- A creative producer with strong video editing skills
- Has experience in the luxury and/or premium fashion space
- At least one year of experience producing viral short-form content.
- A team player who thrives behind the scenes but loves shaping big creative ideas.
- Organized and reliable: you can manage shoots, talent, and post-production efficiently.
- Previous experience with branded content, unscripted formats, or social-first series is a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with personality-led creators and shaping formats around their unique voice.
Compensation
- Paid flat fee for the pilot phase (development, shoot, and edit) over the next few months.
- If the show goes to series, the role will continue as a paid producer/editor.
- Potential to join Mad Realities full-time to produce additional shows.
- Additional opportunities to produce future creator-led pilots across Mad Realities’ developing verticals.
