About the Role

As Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision for Climate First Bank and OneEthos, shaping campaigns, copy and design across digital, print and collateral. Your work will capture our mission‑driven brand while meeting the strict regulatory standards of banking and fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for product marketing and communications.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary creative team, mentoring designers and interns.
  • Create compelling copy and striking visual assets for print and digital media.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive digital innovation, including website redesign, social media strategy and digital advertising.
  • Uphold compliance with BSA, AML, CIP, OFAC, cybersecurity and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive creative leadership experience plus a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or business.
  • Experience leading teams in fast‑growing, high‑pressure environments.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of banking or fintech products and regulatory mandates for marketing.
