You’re a graphic designer or a copywriter, but before anything, you’re a content creator. You don’t remember a world before social media and have been creating content since before you could drive a car. You know your way around a camera, a caption, a trend, and an algorithm. Whether it’s for yourself or brands you’ve helped build, you’ve proven that you can create content that actually connects.
You have the instincts of someone who’s lived online – not just studied it. You may be new to the advertising world, but not to creating. You know the difference between a post that checks the boxes and one that drives engagement. You have experience in copywriting and/or graphic design, but creating social content is where you shine.

Responsibilities
- Concept, create and edit short-form content across all social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams and strategists to produce engaging content.
- Stay ahead of trends and help create new ones.
- Work on multiple brands and understand their unique target audiences.
- Shoot and edit content both on the fly or with a full production team.
- Help develop and maintain a distinct voice and visual style for each client.
Requirements
- Portfolio and/or links to social platforms that show your ability to create engaging content.
- Comfortable behind and in-front of a camera.
- 1-3 years of experience creating content for brands, an agency, or as an independent creator. (Experience in advertising industry preferred but not required).
- Skilled in copywriting and/or graphic design.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing (video and static) with mobile tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to tailor content to specific audiences.
- Full-time onsite in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
