The Designer is an important and formative role at Jeremiah Brent Design. You will assist the Project Manager in all aspects of our projects in addition to any requests the Design Directors and/or Jeremiah may have.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager with project‑related tasks from start to finish.
• Help with project coordination, delivering all deliverables on time, within budget, and surpassing client expectations.
• Source finish samples and assist in developing finish palettes.
• Generate ideation on projects as requested by Jeremiah and the Design Director.
• Request quotes, invoices, and receipts as needed.
• Create proposals for merchandise as requested by the Senior Project Manager.
• Review CFAs, shop drawings, and conduct physical inspections under guidance.
• Source furniture and fixtures for various projects.
• Monitor order tracking and status, maintaining updated information.
• Attend site visits and organize client and project notes.
• Create and revise floor plans using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp as directed.
• Assist in file management of project materials.
• Assist in developing client presentation decks.
• Assist in coordinating final furniture installations.

Required Skills

• AutoCAD proficiency.
• SketchUp proficiency.
• Studio Designer proficiency.
• Google Suite proficiency.
• Photoshop proficiency.
• Clear communication skills internally and externally.

Essential Requirements

• Full‑time (40‑hour work week).
• Available to work in‑office/on site (non‑remote).
• Travel for projects, both domestic and international.
• Valid driver’s license.
