Salary: $55,000- $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits. The exact figure depends on skill level and overall experience.

Work Environment

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value a strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. All team members work on‑site under the same roof, although flexible schedules are available to accommodate appointments, family obligations and other responsibilities that may arise. Each team member has a designated workspace with an e‑sit‑stand desk, and the campus has quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zones, and outdoor/patio work and break areas.

What You’d Do In This Role

You’re not just pushing pixels—you’re helping people take control of their money and their lives. As a creative at Ramsey, your designs will power campaigns that reach fans across the country, introducing them to money principles that actually change lives. From concept to execution, you’ll craft digital experiences that are bold, thoughtful, and deeply human.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience.
• 4+ years in a fast‑paced agency or in‑house environment around email marketing, paid social, and digital ad design.
• Eye for detail with a zoomed‑in vision to prove it.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.
• Creative approach to challenges, thinking strategically so your designs look good and support business goals across platforms like email, paid ads, landing pages, and social.
• Experience collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and sales folks to bring ideas to life.
• Strong communication skills to explain creative decisions clearly and confidently.
• 1 year of experience using Figma.
• Strong portfolio that showcases digital campaigns, marketing emails, landing pages, and paid media.
