Primary Purpose
The Graphic Designer will work with the Senior Graphic Designer and Senior Director, Print to contribute fresh and highly creative ideas that are fashion driven, reflective of the seasonal creative vision and Coach aesthetic. You will be part of a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with talented designers and cross‑functional partners in the business. The position reports to Senior Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the graphic direction for the season through inspiring and highly creative research and ideas
- Create new and on‑brand graphics for all categories within Coach Retail, Runway, and Outlet collections through original artwork or purchased files, color‑separate the artwork, and create repeats
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners for various product categories including ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, and special projects
- Create artwork appropriately for the product, color‑separate, and prepare in the correct format depending on factory requirements
- Ensure consistent alignment with design and brand vision
- Create digital and physical presentation boards for meetings and keep work up to date
- Work proactively according to the development calendar to stay ahead of timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- At least 5 years of Graphic/Print Design work experience in apparel market and/or accessories
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant Adobe Programs
- Excellent hand drawing/painting skills and ability to adapt hand to the brief
- Good working knowledge of fabrics and print techniques
- Excellent familiarity with trends, fashion, and art history
- Highly developed taste level and excellent color sensibility
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Understanding and enthusiasm for Coach brand

BASE PAY RANGE
$100,000.00 TO $120,000.00 Annually
