We are seeking a Creative AI Video & Avatar Designer to help us amplify our brand presence using the latest generative technology. In this role, you will spearhead the creation of "Digital Twins" and high-end AI video content that drives engagement across our social channels.

What You Will Create

• AI Avatars: Design custom character avatars and realistic "talking head" videos using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, and D-ID.
• Generative Video: Utilize text-to-video tools (Runway, Sora, Pika) to create B-roll and cinematic scenes.
• Social Content: Produce high-quality short-form (TikTok/Reels) and long-form (YouTube) content that blends AI generation with professional editing.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft the perfect prompts to optimize scripts, scenes, voices, and visual styles.

The Tech Stack (Must Haves)

• Avatar Tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar.
• Generative Video: Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika Labs, Sora (if available).
• Editing: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Midjourney for asset creation.

Who You Are

• A Portfolio Pro: You have a reel or links specifically showing AI-generated content.
• A Tech Creative: You understand that AI isn't a shortcut; it's a tool for higher creativity. You know how to fix "uncanny valley" issues and make avatars feel human.
• Detail-Oriented: You can add captions, transitions, and branding overlays to make raw AI output look polished and professional.
• Reliable: You can manage your own schedule and hit weekly deadlines.
