Salary Range: $70k – $75k + Bonus potentialFinal salary offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and other considerations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee post‑sale community campaign strategy and execution on digital, experiential, and sampling programs.
- Strategize, review and approve campaign briefs, materials and guidelines for influencers.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and vetting of influencer applications; approve target influencers and conduct outreach and follow‑ups as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers who participate in campaigns.
- Set and manage community compensation budgets and advise team members on fee negotiation during execution.
- Create and review community campaign agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Collaborate cross‑departmentally on influencer marketing initiatives and serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Support Community Leadership during the proposal phase of community marketing campaigns.
- Support Community Leadership in developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with talent agencies and strategic partners.
- Report and leverage data and analytics to optimize and expand processes and offerings.
- Help strategize and implement community programming, resources, and initiatives relating to community marketing and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or other college degree) preferred.
- 5+ years of full‑time campaign management/influencer marketing experience, ideally at an agency in client‑facing roles.
- Demonstrated strong interest and knowledge in community building, influencer marketing, and the college marketing industry.
- Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- Rigorous attention to detail and eye for design.
- Superior organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram, as well as Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Drive a plus.
