With offices in Wilmington, Charlotte, and Garner/Raleigh, we're expanding and looking for a creative, driven marketing specialist to help elevate our brand and build lasting client relationships. Position can be based in Wilmington, Charlotte or Garner What You'll Do Lead public relations efforts, including press releases and internal communications. Manage marketing materials - brochures, branded apparel, giveaways, and more. Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, case studies, and project spotlights. Maintain and update website content and support digital marketing initiatives. Drive engagement on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date. Organize client appreciation events and engagement activities. Represent Highland Roofing at industry events (BOMA, IFMA, trade shows). Coordinate community involvement and sponsorships. Some travel between our locations is required. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects. Comfortable networking and representing the company professionally. Experience in B2B marketing or construction/commercial roofing is a plus.
