Social Media Manager

Our Social Media Manager provides exceptional social media and marketing ideas that are both creative and strategically based. You will serve as the main face and hand model for the company's social media and marketing, create content, film, and post daily, showcasing the quality and design of our jewelry. You will also assist with product photography and modeling, social media strategy development and implementation, and high‑level marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create content, film, and engagement for all social platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Manually post 2 Instagram story sets, 1 in‑feed Instagram post or reel, and 1 Tik Tok every day at designated times.
• Develop and implement social media and marketing growth strategies and assist on high‑level marketing decisions.
• Create blog posts and promotional emails.
• Work as a hand model and photographer for social imagery and video.
• Maintain online brand integrity and presence in the luxury engagement ring market.
• Respond to comments on all platforms and maintain engagement with our digital community.
• Perform competitor analysis and keep up with trends.
• Provide bi‑monthly reporting for all social media and marketing efforts.
• Photo editing and organization via iPhone and Dropbox.

What You’re Like

• High level knowledge of social media and marketing.
• Exceptional photography and filming skills. Knowledge of Photoshop is a must.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Strong sense of initiative, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Staying apprised of trends and social algorithms that are in‑tune with brand voice.
• Go above and beyond to provide the best social media and marketing content that will push the company toward growth and sales.
• Ready to learn – relish the opportunity to learn more about the brand and its products to enhance posts.
• Equally creative, analytical, and strategy‑focused.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in jewelry marketing (preferred).
• Experience in social media growth and management.
• Experience in photography, content creation, and hand modeling.
• Experience in digital marketing such as blog posts, promotional emails, ads, etc.
• Must be able to post every day at designated times manually.
• Must be located, or able to relocate to Los Angeles and work in‑person.
