Position Overview
The Podcast Pre‑Sale Operations Coordinator will be responsible for podcasting pre‑sale brand vetting across 1,000+ podcasts on the iHeartPodcast Network, closely tied to our revenue goals each year. The role works with sales, sales planning, podcast production, and talent to ensure alignment on all podcast sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with team members in the sales planning process to test ideas and generate opportunities to build into media plans, with a hyper focus on recommending the right podcasts that fit brand needs
- Maintain a network of internal & external contacts across the iHPN to funnel and streamline all sales opportunities through
- Track turnaround times of vetting requests to ensure we meet speed to market
- Assist in determining the best content fits for specific sales pitches
- Act as liaison between pre‑sale and post‑sale transitions
- Support Pre‑Sale vetting team with ad‑hoc reports and projects
What You’ll Need
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, media production, or podcast‑related roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AirTable (preferred)
- Interest in podcasting and media operations is a plus
Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data. $19.23 – $24.04 per hour
