Essential Job Functions
- Assist in supervising and coordinating event staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to event staff based on event requirements.
- Responsible for setting up event spaces in a timely manner and breaking down after event.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event staff on-site and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Communicate closely with HQHR, the manager and staffing agencies to coordinate staff assignment.
- Meet the staff of our company in LA at the designated location on a weekday to pick up the materials for the event, such as a flyer, sample products, etc., and bring them to the event location.
- Meet with the store manager at the event location on a weekday and provide information of the event.
- Greet and direct the guests/customers at the event.
- Distribute flyers and other marketing materials to the event attendees.
- Serve foods and beverages to the event guests in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the event space by cleaning up glasses, dishes, and other materials used for the event.
- Answer questions and provide information as needed.
- Travel to other event locations when needed.
- Provide general support to other event staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to talk, hear, reach, bend, kneel, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Able to drive locally when needed.

- Business level English required - Read/write/speak/listen.

- Has a valid driver license and a clean driving record.

- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of Japanese liquor including wine, sake, shochu, and spirits is a plus.
