The Opportunity
We are seeking an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting compelling stories that elevate brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues and work directly with some of the most exciting names in the lifestyle sector.
You will draft public relations materials (including press releases, media alerts, Q&A’s, briefing notes, and marketing copy), pitch media and secure quality placements, and manage updates to press kits, media lists, social media, and press materials. You’ll also support events, outreach efforts, client reporting, press clippings, research, meeting prep, and more.
The ideal candidate brings strategic insight, exceptional media-relations skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing programs that build visibility and credibility for our clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Draft marketing copy, Q&A’s, briefing notes, and media alerts
- Prepare for meetings by managing room setup, materials, and A/V needs; develop meeting recaps
- Maintain and update press kits; build media lists; pitch media; fulfill media requests
- Manage press clippings and photo files
- Conduct research and fact-check public relations materials; draft client reports
- Staff events and assist with outreach efforts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new and existing business
- Support photo shoots and interviews
- Assist in training and developing Account Coordinators
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in a lifestyle-focused public relations environment
- Proven ability to write media alerts, press releases, pitches, and media kits, and to secure placements
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
- Experience with Cision
- Excellent verbal, editing, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
