Overview
We are looking for a talented web & SEO expert to join our team. In this role, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing integrated web and SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic traffic, user engagement, and conversion. You will own critical projects and use your deep expertise to optimize our web presence, ensuring it is a powerful engine for both brand building and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the web and SEO strategy for Intuit’s core brand properties (https://www.intuit.com/, https://www.intuit.com/blog/), driving organic growth, user engagement, and conversions.
- Drive organic search and content strategy throughout our web properties, translating long‑term vision into an actionable roadmap and ensuring high content quality through SEO best practices.
- Lead the strategy and execution of major web development projects, partnering with agencies and internal teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality web components.
- Lead technical SEO and GEO audits, resolving site speed, crawlability, and indexation issues, and prioritizing technical enhancements with engineering teams.
- Develop the A/B testing and personalization roadmap to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user experience.
- Define and manage KPIs for web and SEO/GEO initiatives, build dashboards, and deliver data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert, building strong partnerships marketing, design, and engineering teams to execute complex, high‑impact initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in SEO and website management for large‑scale websites; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth; deep expertise in on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO.
- Experience managing website content and projects through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and collaborating with agency partners.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for on‑page optimizations.
- Strong skills and experience with core SEO and web analytics tools (Google/Adobe Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CRO tools (Optimizely).
- Ability to leverage AI‑powered tools and platforms to streamline web marketing workflows.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with pay‑for‑performance rewards. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. The base pay range for this role in the Northern California (Bay Area) is $128,000 – $173,000.
