Our client is hiring for a UI/UX Product Designer to support their App suite. This role involves owning the full design process for both web and mobile, including user flows, wireframes, and polished UI.

Location: Remote (East Coast hours)

Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive designs
• Collaborate closely with the team to iterate quickly as the product evolves
• Stay up to date with modern design trends and best practices
• Produce design work that demonstrates clear thinking and complete product flows

Qualifications

• Strong product thinker with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to simplify complicated processes and make them user-friendly
• Familiarity with modern UI/UX patterns and industry standards
• Experience designing within regulated or complex industries such as telehealth, healthcare SaaS, insurance tech, fintech onboarding, or gov‑tech
• Experience in PI or legal tech is a plus but not required

Requirements

• Portfolio showing full product flows, design rationale, and problem‑solving
• Ability to work quickly and iterate in a fast‑moving environment
• Ability to create clean, clear, user‑friendly interfaces
• Understanding of how to design intuitive products built on structured rules, steps, or back‑end complexity

• Potential to evolve into a Lead or Head of Design across the entire product suite.
• Ownership over UX/UI direction for future products as we commercialize and scale.
• Expansion into new verticals, regions, or related industries as the platform grows.
• Long‑term opportunities to redesign, modernize, and optimize the websites, funnels, and platforms across the broader portfolio.
