👉 Full-time (6 hours a day, 120 hours a month) 🤘

  • Every application receives a response.
  • We reach out directly — no HR middleman.
  • You’ll speak with the people you might actually work with.
  • We are able to complete the entire process in just a week.

We also get perks that big players can't offer:

  • Awesome experience working for a quality-oriented web agency — we're TOP ranked and award-winning Clutch web design agency.
  • Learn from and be exposed to other brilliant minds in our agency.
  • Take ownership of an entire project that you design and build from scratch to finish.
  • Receive a share of yearly profits generated by the company.
  • Working 120 hours per month as full-time employment.

We are a leading web design and digital product agency based in Europe. We create user experience (UX) and user interfaces for responsive websites, web and mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions. Our collaborations are built on a bedrock of transparency, communication, expert project management, and attention to detail.

What we ask for?

  • You have at least three years of commercial experience.
  • You have a strong portfolio that includes published projects.
  • You have knowledge of UX methodologies in the field of product ideation or conceptualization.
  • You know how to create information architecture and user flows.
  • You know how to build things from scratch, as well as how to use and develop style guides.
  • You are familiar with any UI design tool, such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD.
  • You are passionate about user interface and web design.
  • You're fluent in English when it comes to both verbal and written communication.
  • You're fluent in Polish when it comes to both verbal and written communication.
  • Issues are challenges, not show-stoppers for you.
  • You are a trend seeker.
  • You pay attention to detail.
  • You can plan things out, think ahead, and are ready to be surprised.
  • You can think about the big picture of a project.
  • You’re straightforward. You don’t beat around the bush.
  • You’re sharp. You think on your feet and look for solutions intuitively.

All in short: You are a solution-oriented, passionate designer.

  • You are available ASAP.
  • You have decent writing skills that you can use to write user scenarios or to simply make your mockups more lively.

What are your responsibilities going to be?

  • Creating pixel-perfect designs based on project documentation.
  • Writing use cases and user stories.
  • Designing wireframes and preparing prototypes.
  • Communicating with our clients: you will be either sending them projects or discussing these projects with them.
  • Running and participating in discovery workshops with our clients.
  • Cooperating with other designers on a daily basis.
  • Helping less experienced designers who were assigned to your projects.
  • Follow-ups with Project Managers regarding current and planned tasks.
  • Working on internal visual content with the other members of the design team.
  • Taking part in process improvement initiatives.
  • Keeping track of time spent on tasks.
  • Creating and using style guides on projects.

What do we offer?
