Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for associate‑facing and manager‑facing software that supports operational efficiency across global facilities
- Conduct and analyze user experience research with end users to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, operations teams, and safety stakeholders to define and execute design strategy
- Create interaction designs and visual solutions including prototyping mobile experiences
- Navigate ambiguous problem spaces and translate complex operational requirements into practical, elegant design solutions
- Mentor other designers and drive design excellence across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business requirements
- Ensure designs support both efficiency goals and safety standards for facility operations

- Hands‑on experience conducting and analyzing UX research with end users
- Experience working on associate‑facing software experiences (preferred)
Qualifications
- Formal education in Design, Interaction/UX Design, or Human‑Computer Interaction (preferred)

- Pay Range*: $53 - $58 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
