Our client, MBI LLC, is seeking a Web Developer for a 5+ month hybrid position at 600 East Main St, Richmond, VA.

Duration: 5+ months.

Hybrid: Onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Professional experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using Angular or React.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (or equivalent experience in a language like Java/Spring).
• SQL development, including writing complex queries and performing basic query optimization.
• Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern dev methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and debug application issues across the stack.
• Prior experience in tax or financial technology.
