As their first Technical Writer, you’ll sit at the heart of engineering, product, and GTM—owning the entire documentation experience and shaping how enterprise customers understand, adopt, and trust their platform.

The Role

• Be the first Technical Writer
• Onsite
• Own and scale all developer-facing documentation (decks, case studies, tutorials)
• Translate research and engineering work into clear public-facing content
• Continuously improve as the platform expands, identifying gaps and up-to-date competitor analysis

The Person

• Previous Technical Writing experience ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tools
• Proven experience creating tutorials, interactive demos, or multimedia learning materials
• Wants to have full ownership and responsibility in an early‑stage environment
• Happy to be onsite in NYC
