Base pay range
$80.00/hr - $89.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects that significantly enhance user experiences across diverse digital physical platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of user‑centered design excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop and articulate clear, compelling objectives that translate user insights into tangible results and meet organizational goals.
- Influence critical decision‑making processes at the senior leadership level, advocating for user needs and strategic design direction.
- Drive the design and support for key strategic experiences, ensuring content and design align with overarching business objectives.
- Perform highly complex design work for digital and physical products and services, leveraging extensive domain knowledge.
- Develop and deliver innovative strategies that benefit both customers and product users, setting new benchmarks for engagement.
- Lead major business projects that significantly impact the Experience Design function and broader organizational success.
- Design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs, coupled with deep industry trend analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement global process improvements rooted in user insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in user experience design or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on a thorough understanding of user and customer needs and industry trends.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams to implement global process improvements based on user insights, coupled with experience mentoring junior team members in user‑centered design practices.
- Exceptional ability to influence decision‑making at the senior leadership level, driving strategic alignment and adoption of design principles.
- Extensive business expertise in performing highly complex digital and physical product and service design.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading major business projects within an Experience Design context.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
