LVLY is a design‑driven animation and post production studio with offices in New York and Los Angeles. We partner with agencies, brands, and creators to craft visually compelling stories powered by thoughtful design, strong craft, and seamless production.
We are looking for a Senior Producer with 5–10 years experience to lead high‑end Design, CGI, and VFX projects. Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, balances creative ambition with production rigor, and knows how to keep clients confident, teams supported, and projects running smoothly.
This role works hybrid, with in‑office collaboration 2 days per week in NYC.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, agency partners, directors, creative leads, and internal teams.
- Manage projects end‑to‑end: bidding, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, creative oversight, and final delivery for TV, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
- Lead Design, CGI, and Flame pipelines with clarity, efficiency, and a strong understanding of both creative and technical requirements.
- Build and manage project budgets, track financial health, flag risks early, and maintain transparency with leadership.
- Oversee multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and team morale.
- Advocate for the creative vision while balancing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Bring solutions, not noise: clients and teams trust you because you’re calm, clear, and proactive when plans shift.
Who You Are:
- 5–10 years experience as a producer in a design, animation, CGI, or VFX studio.
- Strong background interfacing with agencies, brands, producers, creatives, and technical artists.
- Confidence managing both the creative development and the financial/operational sides of a project.
- Deep understanding of production pipelines: Design, Animation, CGI, VFX, and Flame.
- Outstanding communication skills — you translate complexity into clarity for both clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative leader with a solutions‑first mindset and a high level of accountability.
- Ability to guide projects of varying sizes while maintaining composure and supporting the team.

- Compensation: $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience
