As a Licensed Insurance Producer at The Cypert Agency, you will focus on developing strong referral sources, building long‑term relationships within the community, and selling a full suite of personal lines products, including Home, Auto, and Umbrella insurance. Our streamlined back‑office operations allow you to focus on what you do best: selling and serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Home, Auto, and Umbrella insurance using consultative sales techniques.
• Build, nurture, and maintain referral networks and community relationships.
• Engage potential clients through your own prospecting.

• Consistently exceed sales targets for quotes and new policy issuance.

Qualifications

• 1 plus years of experience in Insurance Sales.
• Must hold an active TX Property and Casualty license.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to thrive in a dynamic, semi‑autonomous hybrid environment.
