We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer that can hold big creative ambition and precise execution in the same hand — and lead with kindness, calm, clarity, and taste.

Location: Los Angeles (hybrid)

Type: Full-time / Contract-to-hire

What You’ll Do

• Lead high‑caliber experiential builds from concept through close — managing budgets ($250K–$1M+), vendors, creative partners, and internal teams with precision and grace.
• Translate creative vision into executable reality without losing the soul of the idea.
• Serve as a true client partner — confident in your POV, composed under pressure, and generous with collaboration.
• Partner with Creative, Design, and Strategy to ensure every element ladders back to story and intention.
• Manage and mentor internal producers, PMs, and coordinators — leading with empathy, not ego.
• Oversee on‑site execution — anticipate, adapt, and make it look effortless.
• Close the loop with clean reconciliations, documentation, and lessons learned for the next world we build.

Who You Are

• You’ve been producing long enough to remember when pre‑pro meant binders, not just boards — and you still get a rush when the lights come up on show day.
• You cut your teeth in the golden era of experiential (2015–2019) and know what it takes to pull off a build that feels seamless to guests but is beautifully chaotic behind the curtain.
• You’re fluent in culture, logistics, and Google Sheets — equally at home on a creative call or an early AM load‑in.
• You lead with empathy and command respect naturally — your calm sets the tone for everyone else.
• You’ve got taste. You care about the details. And you still geek out over a great run‑of‑show.
• You believe in doing excellent work without the ego — collaboration, kindness, and clarity are your trademarks.

Bonus Points

• Experience in both agency and production environments.
• Comfort managing complex builds across multiple markets.
• A portfolio of work that made people feel something — and you can explain how and why.
