About the Role The company is looking for a
Content Marketing Lead
who can turn product wins, customer stories, and rapid growth into content that demands attention. This role blends storytelling, execution, distribution, design sense, and brand building — perfect for someone who treats writing as a craft and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly creative environment.
You will own content end‑to‑end across blog, social, video, email, and multi‑media while developing the brand’s voice, narrative, and distribution engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Build and manage the content roadmap across channels.
Turn product updates, founder POV, and customer wins into compelling stories.
Maintain a consistent, recognizable brand voice.
Produce high‑quality content: blogs, case studies, social content, scripts, emails, and multi‑media assets.
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
Push distribution to ensure content is consumed, not just created.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams on announcements and launches.
Build scalable content systems and processes as the team grows.
Track performance, run experiments, and iterate based on data.
Requirements
2–4 years
of content marketing experience at a startup or growth‑stage company.
Exceptional writing skills with strong aesthetic/design instincts.
Ability to create multi‑format content across written, visual, and social.
Proficiency with
Figma, Canva, Notion, Adobe Creative Cloud .
Comfort with a fast‑paced, in‑office environment and high ownership.
Strong execution muscle, end‑to‑end content creator, not just strategist.
