Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications • Proficiency in Monday.com • Familiarity with AI or automation tools to support marketing operations, content development, and performance optimization • Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital performance metrics, and multi-channel campaign management tools
