Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot . Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; arrange for kitchen and/or bath measures; discuss room designs; and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Pay Base pay range: $19.50/hr - $19.50/hr Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; preview showroom options; and present design recommendations. Lead showroom tours, coordinate room measurements, review designs with customers, and help finalize purchases. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary.
