Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot focuses on three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock by checking stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
