They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, coordinating kitchen and/or bath measures, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals. Responsibilities Welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, and provide showroom tours. Coordinate kitchen and/or bath measurements and review room designs with customers. Make purchasing recommendations based on customer needs and showroom options. Monitor stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as needed. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. Contribute to achieving store goals by supporting store priorities.
