Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, arranging kitchen and/or bath measurements, meeting with customers to review room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
