Profit Sharing: $100,000+

Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be the architect of Enviropeel’s B2B marketing engine, driving awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement for a global industrial audience. You’ll develop and execute marketing programs that support our Enterprise Growth Initiative (EGI), build credibility with distributors and OEM partners, and position Enviropeel as the go‑to brand in industrial reliability and asset protection.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with EGI growth targets ($31M sales goal for 2026)
Translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns that support key verticals: Oil & Gas, Mining, Utilities, Manufacturing, and Marine
Partner with leadership to develop business case justifications, gain‑share models, and ROI tools to support enterprise sales efforts
Brand & Content Development
Lead the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and vertical‑specific materials (e.g., Pulp & Paper, Utilities, OEMs, Lumber/Forestry)
Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital and print channels, emphasizing reliability, innovation, and sustainability
Develop video, photo, and technical content highlighting Enviropeel’s proven performance and global use cases
Digital & Demand Generation
Oversee digital presence improvement — including website optimization, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn growth strategy, and paid campaigns targeting industrial buyers
Build out lead nurturing and drip campaigns to support distributor and direct sales follow‑up
Collaborate with CRM and automation partners to increase lead conversion and reporting transparency
Sales Enablement & Events
Create sales tools and presentations to support both corporate and field sales teams
Coordinate trade shows and industry events (e.g., WEFTEC, mining and oil & gas expos), ensuring Enviropeel’s presence reflects its category leadership
Partner with the VP Sales and Tech Services teams to align messaging, pricing, and distributor engagement
Market Intelligence & Partnerships
Conduct market and competitive analysis in coatings, MRO, and industrial reliability sectors to inform positioning and differentiation
Support development of distributor and ecosystem partner programs with joint marketing materials and co‑branded campaigns
Qualifications Required
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, coatings, or reliability sectors
Proven experience creating marketing content that simplifies technical solutions for executive audiences
Strong digital marketing skills — CRM, email automation, and data‑driven campaign optimization
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and brand‑building abilities
Ability to thrive in a growth‑stage environment — resourceful, adaptable, and entrepreneurial
Preferred
Experience supporting distributor/OEM partner marketing or channel sales enablement
Understanding of maintenance, reliability, or asset management industries
Comfort collaborating with engineers, sales teams, and executive leadership
