Job Title: Influencer Relations Manager
Location: On-Site - Fort Lauderdale, FL
Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Influencer Relations Specialist to lead all influencer efforts across LaCroix's digital footprint. From large-scale brand campaigns to product mailers, athlete negotiations, and our college ambassador program, this person will manage both the big picture and the behind-the-scenes details.

You'll work closely with our digital, content, and experiential teams to ensure creators feel supported and inspired while also keeping programs running smoothly from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and includes occasional travel for events.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Program Management
  1. Manage day-to-day influencer outreach and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, and talent agencies
  2. Lead paid and unpaid influencer programs, from seeding to contract negotiations and deliverable tracking
  3. Coordinate product shipments, mailers, and exclusive brand gifting moments
  4. Use CreatorIQ to manage campaigns, track content, gather metrics, and generate reports
  5. Handle 40+ outreach emails weekly (in partnership with our Influencer Engagement Specialist)
  6. Track and approve content, follow up on outstanding deliverables, and ensure usage rights are secured
  7. Collaborate on creator briefing documents and influencer toolkits
College Ambassador Program
  1. Oversee #ULiveLaCroix Ambassador program each semester
  2. Review submissions, select top applicants, and manage onboarding
  3. Coordinate all email communications via Mailchimp
  4. Collect addresses, create shipping labels, and coordinate with fulfillment teams (PGL)
  5. Track content in CreatorIQ, manage community questions, and ensure ongoing engagement
  6. Collaborate with internal team to build and ship merch kits
Athlete & Talent Partnerships
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for athlete talent and their teams
  2. Support current partnerships (e.g. Katie Ledecky) and assist in renewals and deliverable wrap-ups
  3. Research, vet, and propose new athlete talent for potential partnerships
    1. Includes rising stars such as Naomi Girma, Alyssa Thompson, Jaedyn Shaw, and Olivia Moultrie
  1. Track contract terms, deliverables, and incoming opportunities
Event Influencer Management
  1. Pre-Event:
    1. Build and manage master influencer tracking sheet
    2. Source talent, handle outreach, negotiate partnerships, and send contracts
    3. Prep and ship influencer gifting and briefing documents
  1. On-Site:
    1. Coordinate influencer arrival, answer real-time questions, and give content guidance
    2. Support content capture, flavor messaging, and overall experience
    3. Ensure clear communication of deliverable timing and expectations
  1. Post-Event:
    1. Approve content, follow up on any missing posts, and gather final metrics
    2. Save all content into Air
    3. Input metrics into CreatorIQ and generate summary recaps for internal reporting
    4. Metrics to include: # of influencers, deliverables posted, reach, impressions, engagements, estimated impressions
Who You Are
  1. 3+ years experience in influencer marketing or talent relations (agency or brand-side)
  2. Experienced working with influencers, athletes, and creators across multiple platforms
  3. Highly organized with excellent communication and follow-up skills
  4. Comfortable managing logistics, coordinating shipments, and balancing multiple priorities
  5. Familiar with CreatorIQ or similar influencer platforms (e.g. Aspire, Grin, LTK, etc.)
  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  7. A team player who brings enthusiasm, structure, and a proactive mindset
Bonus Points If You:
  1. Have experience with Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and Air (or similar DAM tools)
  2. Are familiar with the Gen Z creator landscape and micro-influencer communities
  3. Have managed athletes or larger-scale endorsement deals
