This position is designated as **hybrid (4 days week/in office)** and will be located in our **New York, New York** office. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual seeking an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career. The diverse markets that the firm is invested in affords an entry level or experienced professional the opportunity to grow professionally and collaborate on exciting projects across the country.**Responsibilities:*** Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements and proposals, which involves assisting with research, layout, editing, coordination among team members, and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)* Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing and business development materials including databases, schedules, client management documents, and other support materials* Manage and update information in marketing databases* Provide client lead tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes* Miscellaneous marketing administrative support**Requirements:*** Commitment to quality and strategy* Flexibility and creativity in responding to clients (internal and external)* Strong organizational skills and attention to details* Ability to manage assignments under deadline pressure and, when necessary to meet deadlines, be willing to work overtime* Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic**Qualifications:*** Associates/Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency* Experience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign* **Preferred experience in the AEC industry with strong familiarity with proposal processes****Resumes must be accompanied by a cover letter demonstrating how your experience qualifies you for this position.
