Confido is building an AI‑native operating system for brands that sell into brick‑and‑mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the thousands of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail.
Today, we sell two products: an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than a million transactions a year, and a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales.
We have best‑in‑class growth (5x YoY), efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.

Why You Might Not Be a Good Fit
You're looking for a vacation from your current role (we promise that you won't be working on work that doesn't matter, but the reality is we're growing fast and lean, and there's a lot to do!).
You want to focus exclusively on strategy rather than execution.
