E‑Commerce & Social Media Associate

Location: Andover, MA

Employment Type: Part‑time (on‑site)

Responsibilities

• Taking photos of clothing
• Editing photos for social media and website products
• Measuring clothing
• Navigating Dropbox
• Assisting with the Chic influencer program
• Required to work 1‑2 weekend shifts (mostly Saturday) per month
• Creating captions with current hashtags for social media posts
• Responding to social media messages regarding website/video items/general inquiries
• Packaging items from e‑commerce sales
• Assisting on the sales floor as needed
• Occasionally assisting with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Familiarity with photography is a plus
• Ability to learn new software applications and online tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
