LHH is currently recruiting for a Digital Media Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Plano, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in paid media and data-driven optimizations. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Develop and manage effective social media strategies and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports on ROI, engagement, and other key metrics.
- Utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic optimizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and account teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media management, specifically in paid search and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Experience working onsite in a collaborative team environment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Plano, TX.
- Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
