About the Team The TikTok Shop team's mission is to create a world‑class e‑commerce experience that helps TikTok users find and discover amazing new products and goods. We’re looking for people interested in learning about content design at a leading tech company. You’ll learn about TikTok Shop users, how to write in our voice and tone, and how to collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to build experiences our customers love.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your résumé.

Responsibilities
Join our team in 2026 and pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.
Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content for TikTok Shop.
Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across TikTok Shop.
Collaborate with design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast‑paced work environment.
Upload content to TikTok’s content management system.
Collaborate with content designers on initiatives to improve processes and content quality.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Final‑year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Strong writing skills.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Self‑starter who can manage projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in UX writing, copywriting, or journalism.
Experience in e‑commerce and/or social media.
Compensation The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,431 – $122,445 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that includes discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits Employees have day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
