Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Are you a Civil Designer with knowledge of US standards, looking to join a market‑leading organization offering specialist on‑the‑job training and exciting career progression opportunities?
On offer is a fantastic chance to join a respected and well‑established firm that is going through a period of sustained growth across all their locations.
This company is renowned for its services across Minnesota and has multiple offices throughout the state. Due to continued success, they are looking to bring on Civil Designers at several of their locations across Minnesota. This would be 100% onsite and a full relocation package provided.
You’ll play a key role in the design and development of municipal and infrastructure projects, working closely with both internal engineering teams and external consultants. Your work will directly contribute to the successful delivery of high‑quality, community‑focused projects.
This role would suit a Civil Designer who is looking to join a collaborative, forward‑thinking team and have the opportunity to progress into management roles.
The Role
Create and develop detailed designs and drawings
Collaborate with engineers to prepare design documents, technical reports, estimates, and bid specifications
Support project bidding and administration phases
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week – minimal travel (local)
The Person
Engineering or Civil Design background
Civil 3D experience is preferred
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills
