Lead the Team:
Motivate, coach, and celebrate your crew as you serve up legendary slices and unforgettable experiences. Be the Marketing Maestro:
Dream up wild promotions, snap drool-worthy photos, and spread the Wiseguy word across social media, campus, and the community. You’ll organize events, design flyers, and keep our brand fresh and fun. Run the Show:
Oversee daily operations, keep things smooth, and make sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a selfie). Train Like a Pro:
Welcome new hires, share your pizza wisdom, and help everyone grow. Invent & Inspire:
Collaborate with management to launch new ideas, from themed nights to loyalty programs. Keep It Fresh:
Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure every pie is a masterpiece. Champion Safety:
Uphold health and safety standards so everyone feels at home. Build Community:
Connect with local schools, businesses, and organizations to boost brand love and drive sales. Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is required. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff effectively. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences. Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and financial reporting. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to upholding them. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Who We Are:
