Title: Marketing & Events Manager Reports to: Director, Employee Experience & Events Salary: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, plus eligible for end‑of‑year bonus. About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Events Manager to support the strategy, planning, and execution of both in-person and virtual events. This individual will be a key contributor to enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and creating exceptional event experiences for our audiences, including the Marketers That Matter community, the 24 Seven family of brands, and internal employees. Background

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering best‑in‑class events, strong organizational skills, and experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Zoom, and Canva. Experience designing event collateral, website landing pages, and email campaigns is a plus. Responsibilities include:

Events (75%) Plan and execute the Marketers That Matter annual program (~21 events in 2025), ensuring on‑time delivery and budget compliance. Create event landing pages, manage HubSpot campaigns, and promote events across email, social media, and other channels. Handle registration, customer journeys, collateral creation, set‑up/backdrop, swag, and vendor coordination. Logistics for hybrid, virtual (Zoom), and in‑person events, including virtual internal events via Zoom. Track and analyze event performance, ROI, and attendee engagement; provide actionable post‑event reporting. Assist with 24 Seven family of brands events, including internal employee events, candidate and client‑facing events, conference sponsorships, and brand off‑sites. Manage logistics for in‑person events, source speakers, support planning and execution of the President’s Club retreat, and scuttle events to increase brand visibility. Marketing (25%) Assist MTM and 24 Seven marketing teams with event promotion, membership sales, and website communications. Coordinate vendor services for website design, collateral, swag, and other needs. Support LinkedIn social media outreach and sales team alignment on lead generation and post‑event follow‑up. Skills Required

4‑6 years of event, marketing coordination, and/or project management experience in a tactical startup or small company environment. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects/events simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting and editing experience. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills and quick adoption of new technologies. Expertise in Zoom webinars and meetings, including breakout rooms, Q&A, and technical troubleshooting. Expertise in HubSpot to set up and manage event workflows and email campaigns. Expertise using Canva to design digital assets for event promotion. Familiarity with WordPress and project management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar) is a plus. Company Overview
