We are looking for a Content & Social Media Producer to be the connective tissue behind every piece of content we put in front of our audience.
Location & Hours Hybrid role; Brooklyn, NY – office; Full-time.

Responsibilities
Content Production:
Spearhead the editing process of our YouTube and Podcast channels, partnering with editors to cut fluff, add visuals, and cut clips that capture epic moments.
Social Media Strategy:
Take clips from episodes and build a full social media strategy and calendar designed to go viral.
Launch new courses, develop visual identities for thumbnails, A/B test landing page conversion, and more.
Who We're Looking For
Background in marketing at a fast‑paced B2B, B2C, or media company: 1–3 years of non‑vanilla content/social media experience.
Content creator with 1–3 years of personal channel experience (IG/TikTok/Youtube/LinkedIn) obsessed with TikTok trends and hooks.
Film/marketing/communications graduate with 1–3 years of producing short‑form content such as documentary‑style cuts or high‑energy internet content.
New graduates welcome only if they fall into categories #2 or #3.
Key Skills
Understand social trends, viral hooks, ideally CapCut.
Top 1% copywriting – turn sales concepts into short, punchy LinkedIn posts, short‑forms, or carousels.
Quick learner – eager to break down sales calls step‑by‑step.
