Position Overview Woolpert is hiring an
Architectural Designer
for the Healthcare team for its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate should be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices on a broad array of assignments and building types, and translate conceptual ideas into detailed plan and construction documents.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
What You Will Do
Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity
Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts
Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
Write reports and specifications
Review completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations
What You Will Bring
Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in Architecture
Must have, at minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Master’s Degree a plus
Must be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup
Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture

Pay Range $52,000 - $86,600 USD
