Job Summary
Maintain and optimize the public website and ensure it supports our brand, drives member engagement, and contributes to conversion goals. Support strategic initiatives and optimize digital performance demonstrating knowledge on digital marketing, user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), web accessibility standards and web analytics.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage daily updates and content publishing on the public website using the Content Management System (CMS).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product owners, compliance, and creative to ensure accurate and timely content.
Optimize website performance for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Medallia.
Leverage Siteimprove to monitor and improve website accessibility, SEO, content quality, performance, and address website errors.
Support the creation and ongoing optimization of campaign landing pages to enhance user engagement.
Perform routine website audits to ensure content is fresh, informative, and free of broken links.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements across web content.
Partner with IT and external vendors on technical enhancements and issue resolution.
Stay current on digital trends, SEO, and recommend new tools or strategies to improve the website’s effectiveness.
Education Minimum – 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Years of Experience Minimum – 3 years of website management, digital marketing, or related experience.
In Lieu of Education 7 years of website management or digital marketing.
