Job Summary The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in enabling efficient, data‑driven marketing execution across campaigns, events, and digital channels. This role supports the planning and delivery of marketing programs by managing campaign set‑up, ensuring process consistency, and optimizing operational workflows.

Working closely with the central and regional Marketing, Training, Alliance, and Ecosystem teams, this person ensures that every campaign is executed with accuracy, efficiency, and measurable impact.

This role can be based anywhere in the U.S., but a preference exists for candidates based in California, ideally in San Diego or Orange County.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Campaign Execution & Support

Support campaign set‑up and execution, ensuring consistency in workflows, data, and reporting.

Build and test campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms in accordance with brand and compliance standards.

Manage campaign lists, data uploads, and performance tracking.

Support quality assurance and testing to ensure seamless delivery across all programs.

Process & Workflow Management

Maintain standardized campaign processes and documentation to drive operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities for automation or optimization across recurring workflows.

Partner with regional and central Marketing teams to ensure campaigns follow established best practices.

Collaboration & Communication

Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing Operations and campaign stakeholders to ensure timelines and requirements are met.

Collaborate with Demand Generation and Digital Experience teams to align execution with broader marketing initiatives.

Support cross‑functional initiatives to improve data consistency, campaign performance, and lead flow visibility.

Data & Reporting Support

Assist in maintaining the accuracy and hygiene of marketing data used for segmentation and reporting.

Contribute to campaign performance summaries and data integrity checks.

Help document and maintain shared operational references such as a Marketing Operations data dictionary or workflow guides.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, revenue, or growth operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.

Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Skills and Experience

HTML/CSS or design skills for minor web edits.

Experience with HopIn/Ring Central or other event management software.

Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics to support reporting and insights.

Located in San Diego or Orange County.

Compensation and Benefits

The range for this position is $65,000 to $100,000. Placement within this range may vary depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
