We are looking for dedicated people who work behind the scenes to make it happen and empower them to tackle tough challenges. Job Summary

The Venue Director I is responsible for the successful management of an assigned venue. They maintain profitability, achieve sales and operations goals, and provide best‑in‑class customer service to hotel partners, clients, and team members. Essential Functions

Provide leadership in all phases of events while committing to best‑in‑class customer service Ensure efficient floor operations—set and strike of equipment and other essential activities Review P&L to ensure profitability and manage expenses through cost control measures Maintain inventory integrity, ensuring quality, functionality, organization, and availability Attend hotel meetings as necessary and maintain strong relationships with venue partners Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings and customer site visits Ensure timely payment of all payables and processing of billing and invoices in compliance with SOPs Utilize the Sales Process to maximize revenue and improve capture rate during all phases of the sales cycle Train, manage, and develop the team in accordance with company SOPs, fostering customer service standards, employee growth, and a culture of achievement Effectively use company computer systems and work to improve technical skills Provide technical support for events as necessary and delegate tasks effectively Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities

Includes interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, coaching, mentoring, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; and addressing complaints. Education & Experience

High School Graduate or equivalent Three (3) years’ management‑level experience in AV and/or hospitality (preferred) Demonstrated ability to align team members behind common goals Excellent communication skills to foster long‑term relationships with internal teams and external partners Required Skills & Knowledge

Planning ability; able to prioritize Strong technical aptitude Excellent organizational skills Personnel management ability Interpersonal and communication skills Customer focus Team player orientation Attention to detail Professional appearance Physical Demands
