As Senior Manager, HCP Promotion Marketing, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of promotional strategies targeting healthcare professionals. You will focus on personal promotion (in-person and field programs), supported by digital and other non-personal channels. This role requires strong project management skills, executional excellence, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and field teams.
A Typical Day May Include The Following
Implementing personal HCP promotion tactics, including messaging, campaign, field team resources and in-office initiatives. Developing and implement non-personal promotion (NPP) tactics, including HCP websites, email, print/journal ads, social media, and 3rd party programs. Project management from planning through execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Overseeing content development for both personal and non-personal HCP channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and compliance requirements. Act as point of contact for agency partners and vendors, driving creative, tactical, and media execution. Supporting collaboration with sales and field teams to align promotional tactics with field feedback and customer insights. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize promotional mix. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate guidelines in the development and delivery of promotional materials.

To be considered for this role, we need you to have 8+ years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on HCP promotion and execution along with a bachelors' degree. We will need you to have the ability to be onsite in Sleepy Hollow, NY 4 days a week.
